Pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (hereinafter “Regulation”), this page describes the methods of processing personal data of visitors/users who consult the websites of Erqole Holding S.r.L., accessible via telematic means at the following addresses: https://www.erqole.it.
This information does not apply to other websites, pages, or online services that may be accessible through hyperlinks that are published on the sites but refer to resources external to the domain of Erqole Holding S.r.L.

The legal basis for processing data of website visitors is, regarding navigation data, the necessity for the technical functioning of the website itself, and the same applies to technical cookies. For other cookies (e.g., profiling cookies), the legal basis is the potential informed consent provided by the visitor. Consent is also the basis for processing data voluntarily provided by the visitor. The consent is valid only if given by an adult or a minor who is at least 16 years old.
The computer systems and software procedures used for the functioning of this website acquire some personal data during their normal operation, the transmission of which is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.
This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, URI/URL (Uniform Resource Identifier/Locator) addresses of requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submitting the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.), and other parameters related to the user’s operating system and computer environment.
These data, necessary for the use of web services, are also processed for the following purposes:
- to obtain statistical information about the use of services (most visited pages, number of visitors per hour or day, geographical areas of origin, etc.);
- to monitor the proper functioning of the services offered.
Navigation data is not retained for more than seven days (except for any requirements for investigating crimes by the Judicial Authorities).
Optional, explicit, and voluntary submission of messages to the contact addresses of the entity, private messages sent by users to institutional profiles/pages on social media (where this possibility is provided), as well as the completion and forwarding of forms on the entity’s websites, involve the acquisition of the sender’s contact data necessary to respond, as well as all personal data included in the communications.
Specific information will be published on the entity’s website pages set up for the provision of certain services.
No user profiling cookies are used, and no other tracking methods are employed. Instead, session cookies (non-persistent) are used strictly limited to what is necessary for safe and efficient website navigation.
The storage of session cookies on terminal or browsers is under the control of the user. On the servers, at the end of http sessions, information related to cookies remains recorded in the service logs, with retention times not exceeding seven days, just like other navigation data.

The collected personal data is also processed by authorized personnel of the organization, acting based on specific instructions provided concerning the purposes and methods of the treatment.
The Data Controller utilizes servers located in Ireland for the services offered by the website.
Data is not transferred to third countries outside the European Economic Area.
The processing related to the webservices of the website takes place at the Data Controller’s headquarters, located in Porto Ercole (GR), Via Privata Cirio without street number, and is carried out by authorized technical personnel.
The data will be retained for a period not exceeding the achievement of the purposes ("principle of storage limitation," art. 5 of the EU Regulation) or based on deadlines set by legal regulations.
Apart from the data collected automatically for navigation purposes, visitors are free to provide their personal data or not. Failure to provide such data may result in the inability to be contacted and receive the requested information.
Data subjects have the right to obtain from the organization, where applicable, access to their personal data, rectification, or erasure of the same, or the restriction of processing concerning them, as well as the right to data portability (art. 15 and subsequent amendments of the Regulation), through specific request to: privacy@erqole.it
Data subjects who believe that the processing of personal data concerning them carried out through this website violates the provisions of the Regulation have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority (Guarantor), as provided for in art. 77 of the Regulation, or to take appropriate legal actions (art. 79 of the Regulation).
No automated decision-making processes are carried out on aggregated data, except for those aimed at the better management of the website.
